Those screens are already available - and you can buy them if you want, but cost quite a bit, 10k+. And I just spent 5 minutes searching for the site and I can't find it - if someone knows it post it.

When I look at the depreciation of MBP, it is much worse than a MP. For example, 2008 models of MP have depreciated by about ~50%, while MBP have depreciated ~75% for similar price starting price point of the computers.

It's nice, one minor detail though: the border (shadow) doesn't blend to well with the background. It's not immediatly apparent on Safari because it adjusts to the width of the page, but on other browsers you can see a rectangle surrounding the shadow. Otherwise it's cool

what you described is very seemingly possible. look into PhoneGap (http://www.phonegap.com/) - you can develop apps in CSS/HTML/JAVASCRIPT that are compiled as normal apps. Nevertheless - it could probably also be done simply by making a normal website that utilizes the iOS Webkit - run the Mac with a local wifi network [not sure if there is a limit to how many people can be connected at once?] - then with MAMP running the server.. just have all of the ipads loading the server page.. using PHP/mySQL to keep track of who finds what. PhoneGap is the slick way to do it.. but might be overkill.

Basically you are freeing memory you did not malloc/calloc.
Actually there is a malloc, it's embedded in the memcpy.
void *pointerGivenByInstanceFunction = memcpy(malloc(byteSizeOfElement),storage+i*byteSizeOfElement,byteSizeOfElement);
EDIT: Sorry ignore that. It's the "read out values bis" loop that's the problem.
Yes it's as robbieduncan says. In your one-line version, you're losing the pointer the copy of the double on the heap. Then later you try to pass the address of the copy on the stack to free, which rightly causes a crash.
Basically you can't do this in one line. You could, though, cast directly to a double pointer and still free it, like so:
double *pointerGivenByInstanceFunction = (double *)memcpy(malloc(byteSizeOfElement),storage+i*byteSizeOfElement,byteSizeOfElement);
double returnElement = *pointerGivenByInstanceFunction;
NSLog(@"%g",returnElement);
free(pointerGivenByInstanceFunction);

I've been trying to reorganize Jetson's recs by genre or artist and it takes me to my recs and shows me the songs I rec'd? Some bug?
Also could we rank others recs by date added?

Your baseband is not an exclusive version :/ It is in the family of sad un-unlockable children. Your brothers and sisters are 02.10 and 04.10. The golden child is 01.59.
Haha sorry, it's late t__t but yeah, unless they are magically able to unlock only 03.10, I don't see retaining the bb as any real value.

I'm taking the summer off, and after having saved up quite a bit of money, I'd like to visit Europe. Here's my current plan, and I'd really just like some input from fellow board members that travel a lot, have visited these places, etc.
Los Angles > Lisbon, Portugal
Lisbon would be my first stop. I'd like to do some surfing, scuba diving, and exploring while here. Potentially work my way around other places in Portugal too (Porto maybe).
Portugal > Spain
I don't know much about this leg of the trip, but I'd like to visit Madrid and Barcelona.
Spain > France
I'll work my way around the south of France, before heading up to Paris.
France > Germany
A friend in Germany is taking time off, and has a car. She will show me her favorite things in the country.
Germany > Czech Republic
Praha! I know this will be fun.
Czech Republic > Austria > Hungary > Croatia
THis will be near the end of the trip, but I'd hope to do as much as possible in these cities.
I'm looking for advice on must see places, places to skip (possibly even whole countries), and anything else you great members might have to add!
Thanks!

Dear ,
iTunes Connect will be temporarily shut down from Thursday, December 23 to Tuesday, December 28 for the winter holidays. Access will resume on Friday, December 29.
During this shutdown, iTunes Connect will be unavailable. In addition, app releases and pricing changes which are scheduled to take place during the shutdown will be handled as follows:
 All releases will not appear in the App Store until Friday, December 29. This includes apps scheduled to appear on the App Store for the first time as well as updates to existing apps.
 Pricing changes will cause the app to become unavailable for purchase until Friday, December 29, at which point the app will become available at the new price. Please check to ensure you have not scheduled any price changes during this time.
Regards,
The iTunes Connect Team

Personally I find that I can type much faster and more comfortably on a shallow keyboard like a PowerBook keyboard than on a deep keyboard (like an old original IBM keyboard). I have one of the classic IBM style keyboards hooked up to my PC, and I don't like it much. If I were going to buy a new keyboard, I'd go for something like the Icekey.

Deleting the plist did not fix the problem bt deleting the INBOX.mbox did. Unfortunately it also took out all the emails I already had in the INBOX, so i'm glad I just left it on the desktop.
This has been a strange day and it all started when I subscribed to .Mac for the first time.
I wonder if that was just a coincidence.

When Apple changed their name from Apple Computer to just Apple it was when they cared more about iPods and iPhones than the computer.
